Small room, but that is to be expected. Beds were comfortable. We found the room a little warm but thankfully a desk fan was available for use. We had a plumbing issue, but the staff acted immediately and the issue was resolved upon our return to the room later in the day. Great, quiet location.

Bed was spotless, bathroom was spotless, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. A very beautiful building, amenities was perfect for our overnight stay. Only thing was a few marks on the bedroom wall and could do with a paint, but other than that it was footless. Bed was very comfortable, would definitely stay here again.

Room was small but clean. Would have liked to have been able to open the window just a little bit to let some air into the room but the only choice was to have it open half way which we didn’t want to do as there was rain expected and we didn’t know how noisy the street would be.

Rooms are immaculate. Staff always willing to go out of their way to help amd ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. I come to london a lot and this is the only place i stay at because theyre consistent. Cant recommend enough especially for the price

Good place for a short stay

While definitely not a luxury hotel, this place has several points to recommend it: - Good location. 5 minute walk to Paddington Station, 7 minutes to Lancaster Gate underground, close to Hyde Park. Plenty of food places close by. - It’s clean - Friendly staff - Mini fridge in the room so you can buy food for snacks & breakfasts on your own to save money Some downsides: - It’s TINY. I know this is normal, but this is really really tiny. I am a small single woman and had to leave my 1 suitcase in the walkway between the bathroom and the bed because the tent no room for it - The shower barely gets above lukewarm, even at the maximum knob level - No lift. Not a deal breaker, but difficult with suitcases and could pose accessibility issues for some as there are a lot of stairs. Not luxurious or super modern, but clean, comfortable, and a good location. I’d stay again!

Always greeted like a friend by one of the 3 guys that rotate on reception. Was put in the room I love (which they know I love) and as always had a really relaxing stay. Can’t recommend this place enough. If it’s one night for business or you’re in London for a week on holiday, the Glendale is 5 minutes from Paddington station where you can get to anywhere in London. One last thing I’ll add is the location is slightly away from all the other hotels in Paddington so you get a benefit of it being quieter but still just as convenient

Great hotel and staff very friendly and helpful

I booked a room for 2 adults and a 2 years old baby with baby bed and was given a tiny room with a double bed only and no space to even move around it, and refused to give me a baby bed, Very rude night shift manager, very unprofessional,
