Clean room daily. Hotel itself was quiet but metro was heard a little bit. (Nothing too bad tho.) Close to restaurants and walkable/metro to big locations in Paris. Would stay here again.

We had a reservation for four days, but they told us that we have to change a room in day 2 because of a mistake in booking. They offered us on the spot to totally refund us if we did not agree. However, we had to agree because it was impossible to find another hotel on the same day it’s gonna be very uncomfortable. They give us a slight upgrade with a smaller room, but with a better view. The whole experience was unpleasant with the reception because they did not show a sign of empathy or they are making a mistake. They would rather made us feel that we should be thankful that we are giving you another room with a view although the room is much smaller. In general, the hotel is good but as many hotels in Paris, their rooms are small

Staffs have no idea about how to use the food and beverage voucher they offered. It caused me to pay additional. The drinks are not good.

Warm welcome, not to name it everything excellent

Amazing place in the center of the city. 10 minutes waking to the tower. The air conditioning and the room were clean.

Continental breakfast as well as tea and coffee available all day. Lovely lounge area to rest or wait for your group. Pretty rooms with amenities like coffee and and nice shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. View of Eiffel Tower lets you see the sparking lights late at night even when cold or rainy. Easy walk to ET and directly across from major metro station.

Excellent location right next to a metro station. Room was very comfortable.
