Terrible, no service at all . Won’t stay at the motel anymore no floor mat , no bath towels really run down place totally different what you see at the web page. I should take photos due to I check in around 9pm and was very tired that why I never took any photos .

room was not clean, bed have bad smell. Area was very noisy and the room was not sound proof at all.

Great location, just outside the mrt. Price is acceptable for the place

Wifi connected but can not work. Bed sheet with stain and need proper cleaning Price is ok but the level of cleanliness need to improve.

The location of the boutique hotel is very strategic as it is located opposite MRT. Sunway Giza and Sunway Nexis are located at two different ends of the shop row. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The room is comfortable and sufficiently accommodate two persons. The only con is the poor sound proofing system. We could hear what the others from the corridor talked about.

24h reception. Sufficient bathroom and shower. Lighting

Checking in and out service is good. There is also a massage chair in our family room. No lift, only stairs. Toothbrush is not available, the receptionist mention that it will be available next month. I hv young kids, not really suitable for them.

Not comfortable once I step in room 217.I requested to change the room.They changed for me.Very good.
