Lack of amenities, not a lemon tree at all. I was expecting better product. Two towels only nothing else. Linen is substandard.

The stay was very pleasant and for the staff what can I say,they were brilliant
The room was tidy and clean
The buffet was great
All the staff like Chaman,Sanyay,Naragen,Sujoy were very accommodating

Excellent place to stay while visiting vaishno Devi, staff made sure that we get pickup back to hotel in middle of night . Breakfast was really good as well. Highly recommended

It is really a good hotel but not as good as we were expecting .
Mr Asif or Arif was very humble and in restuarant staff, the services rendered by Mr. Rakesh was up to the mark .
I think this hotel has only one negative aspect, that is the front Enterance gate and parking.
We were expecting that this hotel would have the fascinating enterance and parking like Lemon Tree Gurgaon/Delhi but it's totally different from them
