The hotel was in a great location and easy access to everything we wanted to do. It was clean and easy to find. The only downside was that it was 90 degrees and we were on the 4th floor and there is no air conditioning. You could barely crack a window so it was impossible to cool down and made for an uncomfortable night sleep

There was a bit of a mixup with rooms when we arrived, but the staff quickly resolved it and compensated us by providing breakfast. There was a heat wave in Lucerne during our stay, so definitely needed the fans on all night. Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly.

Great location! We arrived early, at noon, and we were asking to store our luggage til check. Our room was ready and they allowed us to check in early. The location is nestled in the historic district just steps away from the rivers edge, restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable. We were there when there was a heat wave, and there is no air conditioning. But, two fans were provided that helped.

Breakfast is the best! Its not the hotels fault as European buildings dont tend to have A/C but if its hot outside then its gonna be hot sleeping too.

We had a great stay. The property was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. It was in a beautiful location and made the perfect home base for exploring Switzerland. Check in was easy, and everything we needed was provided. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Perfect location with an easy walk from the train station. The staff was amazing, extremely helpful with recommendations, and even had an adapter plug for my EU converter. The view from the top floor was amazing, with mountains and historic buildings. Loved it!
