Great location to walk to important places like ferry landing, train station and other

Clean place. 20 mins walk from the lake ferry point. Lots of restaurants and a Carrefour close by. Microwave, fridge, kettle all worked as advertised. Bathroom was adequate. Left luggage facility was super easy and convenient. Property does not have an elevator and walking up with a standard check-in suitcase will be super difficult.

Great location for one night in Como....

The apartment I rented was near the company office where I was warmly greeted and accompanied to the apartment itself. It was centrally located in Como, at street level and walking distance to the lakefront and the San Giovanni railway station. The unit was one large interconnected space (kitchen, sitting area and bedroom area with separate sink and toilet/shower room). It was clean, comfortable and included all the essentials, although there was no clothes washer or dryer.

Beautiful rooms!

To start with, the bed wasn’t comfortable or clean at all. The washer and dryer were not working and were not even inside the suite as mentioned on the website. The place was also extremely cold, and the thermostat was not working properly since it stayed at the same temperature the entire time.

It’s a small but clean and cute apartment for 1 or 2 people. There are 2 TVs microwave refrigerator and convection stove top. Very modern apartment. Because it’s an apartment and not a hotel room, don’t expect amenity such as toothbrush comb or mouthwash. The bath towels are so small and thin like a wash towels. The host is very busy. But efficient. She will answer your text to keep the workflow. It’s best if you text her a copy of the passport so as she can text you the key lockbox the day before you arrive. This is standard for key lockbox so people don’t show up early when the unit is not ready. The location is very good. You will be in the middle of Como, close to the train station and the lake.
