Room clean staff excellent

Lovely hotel very good location with lovely staff. We had two lovely nights in a beautiful room 10/10

Nice rooms. Not sure but we didn’t see air conditioning. Could be an issue in hot weather. Sliding door provided fresh air. Bus transport very close to hotel. Short walk to great food at Salmon Leap bar.

When we arrived, we were given what they called “An upgrade” to the honeymoon suite. However the smell of bleach was very strong on the room. The shower soaked the floor and the tub did not drain well. To be honest it had a very “Vegas” feel to it.

Everything about the hotel was perfect for our stay. From the location, friendly welcoming staff, clean rooms to the delicious food.

Our experience at the Springfield Hotel was exceptional. The attentive, caring and very professional staff made our stay so enjoyable. We were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Staff who we had the privilege to interact with were Linda at the front desk and Caroline in the dining room. We had very pleasant interaction with other staff but didn’t get names to mention. The restaurant was very good and we enjoyed our breakfasts and a lunch while staying there. Everyone was very accommodating. Above and beyond!
