Great location, takes 45 min to 1 hr from the airport - plan it. Slower pace than Kuta, nice beach, nice restaurants, good location. Stayed in this hotel (Seminyak Square) multiple times and really have nothing negative to say. Not the snootiest hotel but better than you'd get back home, and then some. Great value and good location, friendly staff.

good location.. thats it..

No issues whatsoever. Great service by the staff, very knowledgeable. Breakfast was outstanding. Room had a great view of the pool. The room was very clean and tidy. Rooms were serviced every day. Very enjoyable stay. Great location, close to everything that was needed. Thanks

Clean room, and hotel, nice friendly staff, very helpful, very central

Can’t beat the price for accommodation that’s clean, comfortable bed, good air conditioning, quiet for a busy area and great location.

This hotel is the cutest, charming room above lots of shops and in the heart of Seminyak! It’s a little tricky to find but once you do, there’s easy access through hotel customer elevators. We had a 3 bedroom room and it is HUGE! The hair dryer is super powerful (love love love)! Each room also has its own bathroom. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Beds were comfy. Super quick check in process. We would stay here again.

We stayed in one of the villas for a week. Great staff, all fluent in English. Good facilities, clean, and plenty of restaurant options within Seminyak Square itself and also nearby.

Staff were awesome , room was clean ,

Hotel has the most poor service. The staff are unlawful and do not accommodate to the guests. The room stinks like something died in there. Staff were notified for 3 days in a row and failed to come check it out or even switch rooms. I checked out 3 days early. The staff promised to refund the stay as it was cit short and then lied to me and refused the refund after i had checked out. They are dishonest and very unreliable. Very very poor.

Lovely big room , close to everything, helpful friendly staff
