Disappointed with the facilities inside the room. For the price charged for the room stay per night it was bad facilities. Bed was sagging, sofas were super sagging. Room service was not good.
Not worth a stay for the value of my money.

I had a one night stay at this hotel, good location at the top of the hill, comfortable stay.Restaurant staff was excellent specially Girl named Harman .She was so helpful and courteous and friendly.We asked her some food which was not on the buffet menu, but she done her best to please us

很好 The hotel was pleasant and a good location to explire the wider Ooty area. As a business traveller, I would have liked to have WiFi access in my room not just the hotel lobby. However, i do understand that this is a family hotel with a large number of time share properties. Staff were friendly and overall my stay was very pleasant.
