Great location if you want to visit the Grove, Farmers Market or Melrose Ave. I expected more for the price. The rooms are recently remodeled, but it feels dated still and the exterior needs to be remodeled. I'd actually build something new on the site. Friendly staff but no amenities such as a gym or breakfast area.

The blinds were broken . The floor was so dirty our socks were actually black and we had a baby so it was impractical to put them on the floor to crawl. The shampoo holder broke off in the shower when we got in it was already all broken in the tub. Super noisy with other guest and homeless people walking in and out ?! It’s not secure at all and anyone can walk in. 1 star because there was parking but the parking spaces were so tight we were unable to open the doors anyway

Great location, friendly staff, however the bedding and room weren't very clean.

The floor was uneven in some areas, and the room only had blinds instead of curtains, which let in too much light and made it really uncomfortable to sleep.

All in all, we loved the location and convenience of this property. It was nice to be able to park on site and the staff (especially Mikey) were extremely helpful and friendly. Though the motel itself was decently renovated and things were clean and tidy, it was really difficult to get over the lingering "motel smell" and smell of smoke. It was truly the worst part of the stay. For the nightly cost (about $225/night) I expect at the very least a neutral smell. We found ourselves constantly trying to escape the room because of this.
