Hotel posting adversities at pet friendly but that isn't the case. Unless you saw the fine print that it's only for select rooms and call ahead, you'll run the risk of showing up at 10pm with your dog and no room that you already paid for and no one to help or refund for you. So, since they aren't likely to work with the website listers to fix their poor information, learn from my error that cost me an extra $350 for booking at another location.

The hotel needs to be refreshed,peeling wallpaper and paint . Lamps in the room were broken or dirty . The juice machine was broken the two days we were there . Front desk manager was pleasant when checking in and the room seemed clean .

Poor service,dirty room, and very dissapointed

Room was dirty and smelled. Staff was great

Breakfast was good. Place clean.

Not clean, musty smell, bathrooms gross, broken fixtures everywhere. Fine for less picky travelers needing a cheap place to crash for one night but otherwise would avoid.

I booked this thinking I would save money. I knew that this wouldn’t be the best hotel, but I tried it anyway and I was sorely disappointed. The rooms are old and dengue. Linen was stained and it just gave me the heeby geebies. I had to leave within an hour of being in the room. I didn’t want to sit on the bed. Immediately booked another hotel and left. The hotel accommodations are for smokers and pet owners and I just couldn’t do it. I chose to pay more money te for a much better hotel and I was happy. I will be filing a claim for a refund

The condition of the place was terrible. Dirty and smelly (room cleaning was fine but the rest of the building was yucky). The room was far smaller than the picture suggests. Breakfast spread is limited, which is fine, but then things were not even available. Climate control was poor. The staff was friendly, but you can’t dig out of a hole that bad with that.
