Really great location, good value for money. The grounds of the resort are well maintained and the staff always welcomes you with a smile. There are also some cute cats around the resort, very friendly. Breakfast has good options. We had dinner once at their restaurant, as we had B&B only but there were plenty options. The desserts are not very good, though. They could perhaps improve on the bar facilities, the cocktails do not look or taste like proper cocktails. Also, during the day, they have only one burger van and ice cream place, which is great, but perhaps, again, maybe like a bar with few snacky options, closer to the beach sunbeds. However, over all, we felt same and welcomed, would come back again 🙏

Excellent property , staff is attentive and perfect for relaxing. Location wise its a bit far but worth it if you want to stay indoors and enjoy

Generally the staff were great - 90 percent of them were lovely - just when we needed help to book an extra night or late checkout it was flatly refused. It is off season so felt a bit wrong. We like the value for money aspect of a well positioned hotel - lovely beach etc.

Quite average, we only stayed here as we had a lot of activities do in the south of the island and were out and about most days. Only complaints I have is the gecko problem as they can be quite distressing to see during the night. Was unable to sleep as they kept making noises and made me very uncomfortable during the night so had a few restless nights unfortunately. Staff were really helpful but they may need to be more through when cleaning typical gecko hiding spots

The cleaning service was not very good and staff was not helpful. The prices for food are very high and there is no other restaurant closer to resort. You will have to eat there unless you travel 30-45 mins away. They charge 7 percent for money exchange as well. Basically anything you want nothing is going to come out with some kind of fees.

Locations was good, room was clean, but lots of ants and lizards around the rooms, staff were friendly, but lots of restrictions, my daughter came to visit I paid extra charges for few hours, food was included in our package but they charge for water and all other non alcoholic beverages

Very slow service. Poor management.

Hygiene needs improvement, but the staff was responsive and sometimes very attentive. The facilities were good overall, except for the pools, where surface issues may have caused swimmer injuries. The activities and activity staff were excellent, and it’s a great destination for a family vacation.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, but would benefit from a refresh, helpful staff, good food.
