Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Great for dark mofo but away from Salamanca. Easy walk to amenities in town. Super helpful staff and high end comfort.

My second stay at The Tasman within a few weeks, this time in a Heritage Room, prior in a panoramic. The hotel is lovely, centrally located, great breakfast and would recommend. It lacks the final polish expected of a 5 star hotel in terms of, acknowledgement of guest returns, a champagne on arrival, late night room service menu is really light on, etc. All In all, lovely but perhaps lacks final execution.

Good but not great. Slow check in, no upgrade and no gold level perks. Also, it is time to bring back doona/duvet covers, as sheets covering doonas/duvets are impractical, uncomfortable and disgusting!
