I never expected a "wet bath" where the shower and toilet are combined - the water never got hot, let alone warm. There was no heat in the room. There is no food available on site. There was a cat camped outside our door. We paid for five nights and relocated after one.

Room could have been cleaner Staff were very helpful and friendly

The staff were very friendly and the hotel comfortable. It’s a quiet place really close to the tourist district. The bed was excellent and the air con worked well. I would say that there were some drawbacks. The internet effectively didn’t work which is a pain in a modern hotel. They offer few services and there’s no real public areas to sit and relax in. Still, all in all, a decent choice.

Room smelled like it wasn't opened for months. Bathroom wasn't clean at all. Only 1 towel provided for 2 people. When asked the staff they said 1 towel per day per room. But next day also had to go after them to get a new towel. Checked oit earlier...

清潔に整えられていて、自宅のようにくつろげました。スタッフも皆さんとても感じが良かったです。 シャワーのところについているシャンプーとローションは出ませんでした。

レイトチェックインでも、感じ良く受け入れていただきました スタッフの方々は。フレンドリーで、要望や、質問にもきちんと対応して下さり感謝してあります

Its good and affordable

It is not the largest of rooms or newest. But it is very clean , very easy to get everywhere and also the staff is wonderful!!
