Everythin was perfect , we could have an early check-in due to availability , the staff were really kind and helpful for any types of request , the room was good , with a good view of the city

We stayed here for 4 days and it was perfect. It’s centrally located in Batumi’s Old Town, steps away from Europa Square. It’s also close to the main sites in the boardwalk and the Piazza. There are also many quaint restaurants in the close proximity to the hotel. The breakfast was respectable, a variety of Georgian cheeses, caviar, salad, scrambled eggs, khachapuri. I wish that the dishes were labeled. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Overall the hotel was spotless. I would say in general the staff don’t speak good English, making it difficult to communicate. Don’t think twice about staying here.

Breakfast was good and fresh, room was ok bathroom needs to do better finish, it was not well done.

Reception staff are very helpful, restaurant staff is not speaking English and not friendly, they are good people because the don’t speak English maybe that the reason,
