低於平均與伴侶同行
Very disappointing experience. The property was fully paid and booked through Expedia, but on the day of check-in (2nd October), the property manager denied the booking without any prior notice. Since it was peak season, we couldn’t find an alternative at the last minute. It felt like the property may have been given to someone else at a higher price while our booking was left unconfirmed. Extremely stressful and unprofessional experience.
