瑜伽已經成為許多都市人的健康生活方式。相比於在健身房做瑜伽,户外瑜伽最大的優勢在於空氣清新,在瑜伽練習的過程中,呼吸是最重要的一個環節,在場館內空間相對封閉,空氣流通性遠遠比不上在自然中的清新,大自然中的含氧量高,人們會不自覺地展開深呼吸,有利於練習者提高心肺功能。 Yoga has become a Healthy Lifestyle for many urbanites. Compared with yoga in the gym, the biggest advantage of outdoor yoga is the fresh air. In the process of yoga practice, breathing is the most important part. The space in the gym is relatively closed, and the air circulation is far less than in nature. It is fresh and the oxygen content in nature is high, people will unconsciously take a deep breath, which is beneficial to the practitioners to improve their cardiopulmonary function.
