- Attending this event hereby grants and authorizes Klook Travel Technology Philippines Inc., the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make use of any and all video taken of the attendees to be used in and/or for any lawful purpose.
- This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or later discovered.
- This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless the attendees otherwise revoke this authorization in writing.
- Rights are waived to inspect or approve any finished product in which the attendees' likeness appears.
- It is understood and agreed that these materials shall become the property of Klook Travel Technology Philippines Inc., and will not be returned.
- Attending this event hereby holds harmless and releases Klook Travel Technology Philippines Inc., from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which the attendees, their heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on the attendees' behalf or on behalf of the attendees' estate.
