How to use:
- Select your delivery route, date, and time to make a reservation for a hands-free travel experience.
- You will receive an Order No. via email from LuggAgent within 24 hours.
- To ensure the service works smoothly, please add LuggAgent on social (LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram...). Information will also be in your confirmation email.
Service Process:
- Airport to Hotel: Send out luggage at the airport from 9 AM to 6 PM. Retrieve luggage at the hotel before 9 PM, same day.
- Hotel to Hotel: Store luggage at the hotel before 11 AM. Retrieve luggage at the hotel before 9 PM, same day.
- Hotel to Airport: Store luggage at the hotel before 11 AM. Retrieve luggage at the airport from 3 PM to 9 PM, same day.
Luggage Guideline:
- Each bag must weigh 32kg (71lbs) or less.
- Each bag’s total length + width must not exceed 180cm (32 inches max per side).
- We accept suitcases, cartons, backpacks, strollers, and briefcases.
- Please ensure your booked luggage quantity matches your actual luggage. Extra luggage may be refused, and any loss will be the customer’s responsibility.
- If your luggage exceeds the limits at check-in, we may refuse it or charge an extra handling fee: $15 per bag for overweight/oversized luggage

- Please hand-carry your passport, flight documents, and other important personal items.
- For luggage delivery from the hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge.
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur.
- Check your luggage upon retrieval. If there’s an issue, take a photo and contact customer service. Once received, the service is complete, and the operator is not responsible.
- Luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations, or airfare costs.
- Present your passport or photo ID to retrieve your luggage.
- For luggage deliveries to/from the airport, please refer to the confirmation letter from LuggAgent
- For luggage deliveries to/from hotels, luggage collection and delivery will be handled by the hotel concierge
- For luggage deliveries from hotels, the drop-off time is not the time when the driver collects your luggage, so you can just leave the hotel after taking photos of the luggage and storage receipt
- For luggage deliveries to/from Airbnbs, your luggage will be personally collected and delivered on-site-
