- Child ticket: Age 4-12 (for transfers from Huizhou to Hong Kong only)
- There is no child ticket for transfer from Hong Kong to Huizhou
- Child seat is not available
- Children aged 0-3 are free of charge
- All vehicles are not stroller and wheelchair friendly
- The operator has the right to refuse to accept any overweight luggage or ask for extra fees to be paid directly to the merchant (HKD100 per unit)
- Important notice: Guests are required to present their passports or other travel documents issued by Hong Kong, China, or other countries. If the guest cannot present said documents, the driver has the right to reject the guest and a refund will not be issued
