- Service Hours: 08:00-18:30, daily
- Children aged 0-3 and with heights under 100cm can travel free of charge as long as they do not require any seat
- Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount if they will occupy seats
- No animals are allowed onboard
- Smoking and the drinking of alcoholic beverages are not permitted while traveling
- Drivers may not be able to access some hotels due to the narrow streets or parking space availability. However, the van will be waiting for you at the closest spot to your hotel
- For arrival transfers, please select the timeslot which is 2-3 hours later than your landing time in case of flight delays
- If you wish to change your pick up time, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance
