• All SIM cards have a maximum of 1GB or 3GB consummable data within 7, 14, or 30 days, depending on the selected package. Internet speeds will drop at 256kbps with unlimited data once all volume allocation has been used up
• SIM card will be sent out within 2 business days after purchase. Please refer to the expected delivery time
• Please note that deliveries to Xinjiang and Tibet will not be possible
• No tracking number will be provided for deliveries to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Please indicate your full address at checkout. The operator will only contact you when the delivery address cannot be located
• If you wish to have the SIM delivered to your hotel, kindly provide the hotel name, the name of the recipient matching the reservation, and the reservation confirmation number
• The SIM card can be activated within 6 months after purchase. Validity starts when the SIM card is activated in Europe
