• Important: If you have selected the round trip ticket unit type, kindly indicate your return date at the checkout page
• The trip is not recommended for expectant mothers and people with heart or back pain medical record or other physical impediments
• Please note: This is a point-to-point maritime transport and the operator will not be held liable for any delays along route
• You can bring along some light snacks or meals on board. However, full course meals are not allowed on the fast boat
• Please note: When arriving at Padang Bai from the Gili Islands, please proceed to your free drop service which will be waiting in the main square about 20m from the jetty. Only follow instructions by Golden Queen staff in official uniform, holding signs which say "Golden Queen". You may need to be proactive in asking for clear directions from them. This can be an uncomfortable situation for some customers, but unfortunately, Golden Queen is unable to prohibit local drivers from coming on to the jetty in this manner
