  • The price is the same for all ages
  • Trip duration: 6 hours
  • The hotel pick up service is available for passengers staying at the company’s partner hotels only. Kindly indicate your hotel at checkout, if not, you may proceed to the partner hotel nearest to your accommodation, or proceed to the Siem Reap Giant Ibis boarding terminal or Bangkok Giant Ibis boarding terminal 30 minutes before your scheduled departure
  • Each passenger is only allowed to bring a maximum of 30kg of total luggage
  • If any of the buses break down mid-trip that requires a change of bus causing 2+ hours delay, your ticket will be fully refunded
  • The bus is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible, however, they can be stored in the compartment
  • If you fail to arrive at the specified departure time, you will be considered a no-show and no refunds shall be provided
