- Trip duration: 5.5 hours
- The hotel pick up service is available for passengers staying at the company’s partner hotels only. Kindly indicate your hotel at checkout, if not, you may proceed to the partner hotel nearest to your accommodation, or proceed to the Phnom Penh Giant Ibis boarding terminal or Sihanoukville Giant Ibis boarding terminal 30 minutes before your scheduled departure
- Each passenger is only allowed to bring a maximum of 30kg of total luggage
- The bus is not accessible to wheelchairs and strollers, however, they can be stored in the compartment
- If any of the buses break down mid-trip that requires a change of bus causing 2+ hours delay, the ticket will be fully refunded
- Failure to arrive at the specified departure time will be considered a no-show and no refunds shall be provided
