注意事項

  • YSIM is a data only card and does not support calls and SMS. Top ups are not available
  • Most mobile phones that support "WCDMA 2100 and FDD-LTE 1800" will be able to connect to the 3G or 4G networks after activation. YSIM is not applicable for customized phones or contract phones
  • Please ensure your mobile device is suitable for the local network service provider before making your booking. If the SIM cannot be used due to compatibility issues, no refunds or cancelations can be made
  • General smart phones can activate the SIM simply by switching on Cellular Data and Data Roaming via Settings. In most Asian countries, the card will automatically activate without extra settings
  • If you cannot connect to the network after inserting your SIM card or if the network speed is too slow or there are other setting problems, please check your phone settings and network settings. If you still are not able to use it after checking these, please contact Klook customer service
  • When used in remote areas such as mountains or rural areas, the network signal may be converted to 3G
  • Detailed data usage is based on the backend data of the telecommunications company
  • YSIM data use is subject to the fair use policy to maintain the quality of the network connection. Operators can control data speeds for customers who use very large amounts of network data in a short period of time, which may result in slow or no internet access. In order to ensure normal use, please try to avoid watching videos or downloading large files over a long period of time
  • The SIM card is valid for 5 or 7 days after activation on a 24 hour basis (not calendar days - e.g. for a 5-day SIM card, if you activate your SIM on 1 Oct at 21:00, it will be valid until 6 Oct 21:00)
  • The SIM card must be activated within 90 days after pick up. It is strongly recommended to activate your SIM card as soon as you arrive at your destination to avoid any instances of failed activation
  • Activation Procedure:
  • Upon arrival at your destination, insert the SIM into your device and wait for activation confirmation. Your phone will connect to the network automatically
  • If your SIM does not activate, please follow the instructions below to set the APN
  • After manually setting the APN, please restart your device. It is recommended to keep your phone on airplane mode while the YSIM is not in use to avoid any unnecessary roaming charges
  • If you are using a dual SIM phone, insert the YSIM in card slot 1
  • Android APN Setting:
  • Insert SIM in the card slot
  • Go to Settings > General > Mobile Networks > switch on Cellular Data and Data Roaming > select 4G/LTE
  • Go to Cellular Data Network > Access Point Names (or APN) and set APN to 3gnet
  • iOS APN Setting:
  • Insert SIM in the card slot
  • Settings > Mobile Networks > Cellular Data Options > Data Roaming > select 4G/LTE
  • Go to Settings > Cellular Network > set APN to 3gnet
