  • Please choose a vehicle that can accurately accommodate your group size upon booking. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional cab in cases where the size of your traveling party does not fit your chosen vehicle on the day of travel
  • Each vehicle can only contain up to the recommended number of passengers and luggage. The operator may suggest to change to another vehicle if you have excessive luggage
  • Child seats are available upon request, for children aged 0-4 or 109cm and below in height only. Please note that all requests are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, the local operator will inform you before your selected travel date

  • The driver will wait up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge of THB300 per hour past the 30-minute grace period, to be paid in cash (THB) directly to the driver

  • Child Seats:
  • One child seat can be provided for free, thereafter there will be an additional surcharge of THB200 per child seat, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
  • Extra Stops:
  • Any additional stops will incur an additional surcharge ranging from THB300 to THB2000 for the first hour depending on distance, and an additional surcharge of THB300 per hour will be applied for waiting time exceeding 1 hour, to be paid in cash (THB) directly to the driver before the trip starts
