- 此SIM卡不適用於iPad、平板電腦、訂製手機、合約手機、鎖定SIM卡的手機及已「越獄」或「root」的裝置
- iPhone X以上皆可適用（iPhone 10 到 iPhone 15以及更新的系列）、部分Android手機。請用您的手機撥號「*#06#」播出，若能馬上收到回覆中有 EID號碼，則支援eSIM。請參考附圖之適用手機型號
- 不適用機型：中港澳出廠販售手機、台灣銷售之部分三星手機無法使用eSIM；電信商鎖定號碼之手機無法使用。請參考手機品牌官網，確認是否支援eSIM

- The eSIM will be delivered within 5 minutes after placing the order. Please make sure to install and activate it within 29 days of receipt, otherwise it will expire.If it expires, a refund can be issued after confirmation by LINE or WhatsApp customer service.
