本人報名10/5 10:30龐貝2小時導覽行程，8:00抵達車站被售票人員告知，能去龐貝的火車因罷工，全數停止服務，本人立即傳送訊息詢問Klook客服是否能因罷工因素取消行程、得以退費，Klook僅回覆無法退費及取消。 為了趕上行程，最終攔計程車前往，也同時詢問客服是否能提供帶團導遊或接洽旅行社聯絡資訊，或是旅行社會手持任何標誌以利辨識，Klook僅回覆負責人會準時在集合地點等候，當我抵達時集合地點，同時有多團導覽團，根本無法辨識，最終沒有參加到該行程。旅客在旅遊平台訂購行程，就是為了尋求方便以及遇到問題時，能夠有對接窗口可以聯絡，客服人員在過程中完全沒有要解決問題的意思，僅告知無法退費，感受非常差！以上體驗供欲購買者參考。I booked a 2-hour guided tour of Archaeological Areas of Pompeii at 10:30 AM on 5th.OCT. Upon arriving at the station at 8:00AM, I was informed by the ticket agent that all trains to Pompeii were canceled due to a strike. I immediately messaged Klook customer service to ask if I could cancel the tour and receive a refund due to the strike, but Klook only replied that refunds and cancellations were not possible. To join the tour on time, I took a taxi and asked customer service if they could provide the contact information for a tour guide or agency, or if the agency would have any identifying signs. Klook stated that the guide would be waiting at the meeting point on time. ( no signs and contact information) When I arrived, there were multiple tour groups. It is so difficult and impossible to identify the right tour group. Ultimately, I could not find the tour . As a traveler using a booking platform, I expect I can get some service support when issues arise. Unfortunately, Klook’s customer service showed no willingness to help, only stating that refunds were not possible. This experience was very disappointing. I share this feedback for the consideration of future buyers.

等了20分鐘才出發，導遊口音很重，參觀幾個小點就解散，且未發門票給我們，導致也無法聽官方的App語音導覽，非常不推薦浪費時間
