I booked a 2-hour guided tour of Archaeological Areas of Pompeii at 10:30 AM on 5th.OCT. Upon arriving at the station at 8:00AM, I was informed by the ticket agent that all trains to Pompeii were canceled due to a strike. I immediately messaged Klook customer service to ask if I could cancel the tour and receive a refund due to the strike, but Klook only replied that refunds and cancellations were not possible. To join the tour on time, I took a taxi and asked customer service if they could provide the contact information for a tour guide or agency, or if the agency would have any identifying signs. Klook stated that the guide would be waiting at the meeting point on time. ( no signs and contact information) When I arrived, there were multiple tour groups. It is so difficult and impossible to identify the right tour group. Ultimately, I could not find the tour . As a traveler using a booking platform, I expect I can get some service support when issues arise. Unfortunately, Klook’s customer service showed no willingness to help, only stating that refunds were not possible. This experience was very disappointing. I share this feedback for the consideration of future buyers.
