The waiting time for the airport is 60 minutes. Timeout and unable to get in touch with the guest, will be handled as No Show, no refund
The pick-up and stop time in the urban area is 15 minutes. If it is overdue and the guest cannot be contacted, it will be handled as a No Show without refund. If you contact the guest and confirm that you still need a car, the driver will wait for TWD 250 per 30 minutes
Overtime and fees beyond the pick-up area, please pay directly to the driver
