The front desk is staffed during limited hours. This property's public indoor hot springs will be closed from now to October 31, and from December 11 to 23, 2025. During this time, guests have access to the public bath at the adjacent Akazawa Higaeri Onsenkan (Akazawa Day-trip Hotspring) from 6-10 AM and 3 PM to midnight. This property's private outdoor hot springs will be closed from now to December 23, 2025. This property's exterior will undergo renovation from September 1-December 31, 2025. The restaurant at Akazawa Higaeri Onsenkan (Akazawa Day-trip Hotspring) will be closed from September 1-December 23, 2025.
