The room was horrible. It had holes in the ceiling, the doors were rotting, surfaces were sticky, there were bugs smashed on the walls and an unidentifiable stain on the towels. The overwhelming smell of urine permeated the room. The front desk clerk was pleasant and I guess the perk was that there weren't any bed bugs. I wish I could give it negative stars.

It’s one of the worst hotel stay I ever had. There’s bedbugs no towel in the rooms and it’s full of bugs and flies.

They gave my room away! Without any warning!

I had no towels, my sink didn't drain, no trash can, filthy shower and my phone didn't work soooooo....yeah. not great.

This motel needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning. Also needs pest control.

Excellent, professional staff. Very helpful. Traveling w a service dog for work can be daunting, but not at this location. TY for your advising me. I preferred this to the Brooklyn, MN location.

I had an older woman that was very helpful, on the second night. I had a younger man on check in and he was rude and not helpful at all, put in a room with no TV and said I could either take it or go somewhere else, it is your call. Reservation was made way ahead of time. Vending area smelled of urine terrible, 1 machine out of order, another machine empty, pool not open, no breakfast. There were not any towels in the room the first night, enough for one person in the new room on the 2nd night.

Make sure you bring an extra $75 for your stay and another $150 for a exterminator for the roaches and the cleaning of the air vents of them being straight brown

The place was a dump You couldn’t pay me to stay there again The room had 1 hand towel I went to ask for more, the 1 they gave me had black spots on it The staff person told me she wasn’t sure if my room had a tv or if it worked, but I couldn’t switch rooms as they were booked full so I was stuck with what I had The room was not clean The sheets had brown spots on them I luckily had a tarp in my truck that I used as my bed sheet and covered in it Messy all around the location No way was I using the fridge as I noticed it wasn’t plugged in, but I wasn’t going to dig for the plug or find the outlet as it looked dirty in that area I didn’t feel safe at all My recommendations DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Everything was horrible from the start. The staff were very accommodating but had nothing more to offer. Definitely not booking again.
