I stayed here in May with my family. We had an amazing experience! Everything from property, to food and the staff was incredible! Our butlers, Angel and Amairani, were very kind, helpful, and efficient which definitely contributed to our positive experience. The service, across all departments, was truly top notch! The food was also amazing especially for an all inclusive resort. Can’t wait to be back!

We had such a great stay at Impression Isla Mujeres and would definitely come back. From the moment we arrived, everything was so easy. The catamaran transfer and check-in process were seamless, and every staff member we met was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Our butlers, Wedinzon and Raffael, were amazing and really made the trip feel special. The room was beautiful, we had no issues at all, and the views from both our room and throughout the resort were absolutely incredible. The food and drinks were consistently great. Although service at the restaurants was sometimes a bit slower, having all à la carte restaurants instead of buffets was a huge plus and definitely worth it. We also loved the little touches like the rose water mist and sunscreen by the pool. The only suggestion we’d make is reinforcing the ladders into the ocean, as they didn’t feel very sturdy. Overall, it was an incredible stay with amazing service, and we’d recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing luxury getaway.

Our stay at Impressions Isla Mujeres was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of. The level of service is unlike anything we’ve experienced before, and every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our stay special.
One of the highlights was having our own personal butler, who made everything effortless. Whether it was arranging reservations, answering questions, or simply checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, they made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. We had the pleasure of having Wedinzon and Vianey.
If you’re looking for a lively party resort, this probably isn’t the place for you—and that’s exactly what makes it so special. Impressions is a true wellness retreat. It’s peaceful, luxurious, and designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. We loved participating in the floating meditation, wellness activities, and the incredible spa experiences. Every activity left us feeling refreshed.
The food exceeded every expectation. Every restaurant delivered beautifully presented, high-quality meals. The variety and attention to detail were outstanding, making every meal something to look forward to.
The views are simply unmatched. Whether relaxing by the infinity pool, enjoying the ocean from our suite, or watching the sunset, every corner of the property feels like a postcard.

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we left incredibly impressed. The staff provided outstanding service, the food was excellent, and the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. We also appreciated how friendly and welcoming the other guests at the resort were, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning in the near future.

Very nice resort and top notch staffing. A private butler makes the trip truly feel special but there were a few things that fell a little short.
Yes it sounds small but the water slide is not functional this time of year which was a bit sad for the Mr.
Stick to Sake, Wildfire, and Unik for dinner as they are by far the best restaurants on the property.
The small resort is very relaxing and their daily activities cater towards that. Don’t expect party nights or people staying out late.
April, their activity specialist is lovely and her upbeat attitude really brings life to their events!
This resort is made to be relaxing which can be a bit boring if not prepared so bring a few good books, book some excursions, and rent a golf cart to see the island while you’re there.
