Fantastic resort. Staff were very helpful. Biggest resort I’ve ever stayed in, with all the amenities you could possibly need. Beautiful pool & good happy hour every day. Great buffet breakfast. One of our kids needed stitches and there was a nurse on site that assessed him very quickly and helped us with information to the nearest medical centre. This area of phu quoc is mostly just resorts. There were however some nice restaurants on the beach right next door to the resort if you don’t want to have all your meals there. Highly recommend the Turkish place next door, called Istanbul. It’s close to sunset town by taxi which is quite a weird little place as well- kind of like a deserted movie set. Not sure how all the businesses survive there!

Sewage smell coming from wash basin when faucet was running. Shower area could be better by pressure washing away some mold and mildew.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this villa resort. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and the villa itself was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. Most of the staff, especially those at the pool area, were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made our stay even more enjoyable. There were just a few areas that could be improved. We requested assistance to have the water fountain in our private swimming pool turned on, but unfortunately no one came after we called. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was disappointing since we were looking forward to enjoying all of the villa’s features. We also found the food policy a bit inconvenient. Outside food is not allowed in the villa, which can be challenging for families traveling with young children. One of the reasons we booked a villa was because it included a kitchen. However, there were no utensils or basic kitchen equipment available for use, making the kitchen essentially unusable. Considering the premium price of the villa, we expected the kitchen to be better equipped. Despite these minor inconveniences, everything else was excellent. The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff’s hospitality truly stands out. With a few improvements, this would easily be a perfect vacation destination.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Perfect location on the beach. Great pool and gym. Breakfast buffet was excellent and lots of choices. Staff all very friendly. Will be back next year.

Great resort, food excellent and staff fantastic

It’s a huge resort with lots of space to roam around. However the transport system does not work especially during peak period and raining seasons. Imagine your luggage and clothes are always wet

I would give a 4.5* if I could - overall we loved our stay here, the resort has excellent facilities for families - we loved the water park (adults included) and the games/arcade room which was perfect to end the night or escape the sun! Couple of things that docked points - depending on where your villa is, you have to order a buggy to pick you up. Sometimes it’s quick, sometimes you’re waiting up to 7-10mins - that was a tad frustrating esp with a toddler. Also the accessibility around the pool to restaurant / bathroom is only one bridge over the pool, so if you’re on the other side it’s quite a walk - they should have QR codes or staff at different check points to order from. The main room and second room are on opposite ends of the villa, so not ideal if you have young kids, our toddler ended up sleeping in our room and the kitchen space is also separate which isn’t ideal - so layout is a bit off but not a deal breaker! Otherwise the rooms were great! Loved having the private pool too!
