We reserved one room for four of us travelers and it worked out great. Short walk to a metro station.

Staff were brilliant, I can't say it enough, but an Electrical socket was Very loose(coming away from the wall) it is the only socket you can use at night too, as the house phone was plugged next to the Bed

Great location 5 minutes from Pimlico tube station on the Victoria Line. Victoria 15 minutes walk away as is Buckingham Palace. Hotel is functional but room very small and the en suite was not fit for purpose with toilet 10mm from wall so difficult if you are 6 foot. As we were on ground floor quite noisy with people walking through reception and walls were quite thin. Room was clean and the staff in reception friendly. The room rate was chunky in relation to the size.

I stayed at Victoria Inn for a couple of days during the week, as I just needed somewhere to sleep. The purpose was functional and the hotel delivered against the expectation, no thrills, no spills, just a room and nice staff.

Worst experience of my life

It was warm in our room for April, not sure if they didn't switch the A/C on yet or not but the 3rd floor stays quite warm. Asked the front deak to look at it and no change, if you don't mind hot and a smaller space it was just fine for us 2 (mom and teen). Good location close to the tube and bus, parks, Buckingham Palace, pubs, etc.

Close to Victoria station.Room very small and stuffy,bathroom to small would not stay here again

The room could have done with a few hooks to hang things on .

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was small and in need of some TLC. We enjoyed our stay and was in a perfect location. Would stay here again.

The tv was broken, bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was filthy the sink, shower etc. the staff were lovely and friendly but I wouldn’t stay again not worth the money.
