Check in took some time since it is a big property, but very organized, it took us about 30-45 minutes so have some patience. Friendly staff and clean room. Walking distance to many good restaurants and beach nearby. Definitely will recommend and stay here again.

The pool is not included!!! They have in the listing many times that the buffet and parking is extra cost, and they even send you a message after you book to let you know that the buffet and parking is a separate cost. It’s listed many times. But the pool isn’t listed as a separate cost. You have to check the fine print. It’s listed ONE TIME in one section, but I would say it’s very hidden. Also when I checked in, she gave me a lot of info about the elevators, beach, places to eat, asked about the buffet, asked if we wanted to pay for parking, but never mentioned the pool or asked about if I wanted to pay to use the pool. It wasn’t until later that I found out. And it’s 45,000 won per person which is insane to not be up front about.

Friendly staff, easy check-in. Clean property. Make sure to do oceanfront!!! You can watch the sunrise 🌅 It was the best thing. Soft tofu village is within walking distance. Would definitely go back!

All staff were kind and frendly. house keeping was perfwct.

The room is clean and staffs are very friendly . Perfect location to reach to the seashore, which is located in front of the hotel.

Beautiful sandy beach next to the hotel and a lot of good restaurants nearby. Wonderful place, especially for a family!

Clean room and very nice staff

Staff, and especially cleaning staff, are working so hard. Hope they get paid fairly. Niceighborhood and lots of places to visit and see. Good for a family with pets.

One disappointing thing was that the advertised infinity pool and sauna were not included, please make this obvious in your property description, others do. We might not have booked had we known. However, as we booked a superior room we received free breakfast and 'happy hour'. You should also advertise this as it was appreciated. Not sure executive lounge is the right name thou as it is not that, great views though. The limited menu is ok for short stays, we enjoyed it, there was beer and wine available too in the evening. The food is the same each meal, no variation, would not have been that impressed if paying but its not expensive so sto moaning, loved the chicken especially. The room was excellent, staff friendly and helpful when needed, location great, we like walking. No swimming in sea outside hotel just head north to next beach, its a nice walk. A lot of the reviews were dated and the hotel appears to have responded to the comments. Its a nice hotel, we came in october so quiet bet its heaving in summer. Fantastic outdoor gym on the beach and walks through the pines lovely.
