The included breakfast was in a different location 1/2 block away. The lobby was small and not a place to really sit around in as with a group the rooms were very small and couldn’t hang out with our group in the room.

Booked last minute and early check-in was available about 2.5 hrs early after I arrived by train. Ridiculously close to Paddington Station so super convenient location as I was arriving on one train and leaving on another about 20 hours later. Small room but well-appointed. Enjoyed the scent of their soap/body lotion. Simple and easy check-out.

No where did the booking say the breakfast was closed and that you had to go three blocks away to get a limited breakfast at a another building.

Even on London standards this room was very small for the pricing. The room was clean and the manager on duty was nice but the man whom I checked in with was not well trained and didn’t listen very well. He was not very attentive.

A great hotel right by Paddington station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free soft drinks, water & milk were a nice touch plus the bonus of free biscuits too. Breakfast in the Bella Italia as the onsite restaurant was great.

Breakfast was at Bella Italia down the road a bit. Very tasty though.
