We were in Wroclaw for a football match. The hotel is situated in the perfect place - right in centre and handy for everything. Bats and restaurants in abundance.
Check-in was very efficient and with a welcoming smile. Very friendly staff.
The room was recently refurbished, at a guess, and bed very comfy. Bottled water and coffee supplied.
Breakfast was ok. Buffet style, in lobby bar. It was fine.
Check out was just as efficient.
Recommended.

一般 Hotel staff stole earrings i left in room. Expedia said they would contact back in an hour, they told us after we made two calls and two emails they didnt find the earrings. Very disappointed. Staff was unprofessional in how they handled this. Earrings were very sentimental and were left on nightstand. Protect your stuff, dont stay here.

We loved that it was so close to the beautiful town square and our pick-up point for a tour. The room itself was beautiful and the staff are all friendly.
