Have previously stayed at the Harbour Hotel Christchurch and have always hada lovely time. This time we did a short one night stopover at the Richmond property having visited Kew Garden fo our wedding anniversary. Hotel staff were delightful even presnting us with a small cake in hono of our anniversary. My wife loved the spa and the whole experience was super.

Very disappointed, extremely noisy with bottle bins being emptied at 423 am would never go back

Cosy double in the basement was actually quite large and came with a dressing area and huge ensuite. Also plenty of natural light. Comfy bed. Robes provided for visits to the pool/spa. Fantastic location. Negatives were the appalling TV reception and constant whiffy drain smell in the bathroom.

Housekeeping bit slow on a couple of days after requesting room be made up when we was out for 6 hours

Not up to usual Harbour Hotel standards. Good size room, Food in bar was long delayed, gin provided free of charge but tonic was charged for unlike other Harbour Hotels. Breakfast very good. Bugs crawling around the bathroom. . Reception mixed. Young man was very good but the staff later in the day were not very helpful. .

Great hotel in the perfect location to visit richmond

Very happy with the hotel. It is our second visit and love it. The only feedback I would give is that the breakfast buffet felt like it had been out for a while and therefore wasn't so appetising. Additionally the room still wasn't cleaned by 4pm and why they did it they did a very basi job. My friends room had the wet towels picked off from the floor and hung up rather than changing. They took our towels but didn't replace them. The bin hadn't been emptied and the bed wasn't made. Felt like a job half done. Reception staff were exceptiona.

The hotel and spa were lovely, would definitely recommend! Great location to walk into town too.

Lovely hotel, next to Richmond park. Great staff. A minor maintenance issue with the room was immediately fixed despite the fact it was a bank holiday weekend. Friendly, efficient welcome, Tasty fresh breakfast buffet in lovely space, comfortable bed and good shower. Huge range of excellent pub, cafe and restaurant options nearby. Beautiful walks in Richmond park or along the river in both directions.

Superb hotel for a visit to Richmond. Great location on the hill just a few minutes walk to the park or into the town. The spa was ideal for a relaxing afternoon, restaurant had a good menu and very modern, comfy rooms. Will definitely return.
