Great spot, heated pool, mini campfires in the evening. Do pack warm clothes, as it is cold in the morning and at night. The hotel has shuttle buggy to take you up and down the ridge to the cafes with views of Batur & the lake. Staff really lovely and helpful.

Staff and place is amazing worth to revisit.

Beautiful comfortable bed and large room with kitchen. Bathroom had shower and bath. Best thing was our own heated private pool

Nice hotel, lovely pool and dinner area. Only thing that was annoying was they wanted to charge us £25 per night for a third bed which should have been included as we booked a room for three people

The place is so nice and all the staffs are friendly and wonderful

Beautiful hotel and surrounds. Really well designed and blends in with the mountains and trees. Facilities are amazing and pool is so refreshing and nice location.

The property is nice. There’s bad odor from the plumbing in the bathroom.

The hotel is fine. For the area it is a nice hotel, and for some people it might be exactly what they are looking for but not for me. There was construction above our room from 9 am - 6 pm and at 7 pm live music started to play in the hotel yard until at least 9 pm. For some, they might like the music, but I wanted a relaxing quiet area in the mountains of Bali and that is not what it was. The breakfast was included and it was okay, nothing special. Partially a flaw in my planing but there was not many places to walk from the hotel. Additionally our room had no way to circulate the air so after a couple days of showering the entire room was humid and musty. The one big positive I’d say is there is a nice heated pool on the property. If you really want to stay in the area I’d recommend Tira Vilagna down the street. However, I’d actually recommend just making a day trip to the area from Ubud rather than staying in a hotel.
