Fantastic location and lovely apartment with washing machine and kitchen. Had an issue with the front door code to the property not working which was very hard to resolve since there is no reception on site and we had only minimal Spanish to talk on the phone. We were lucky a very kind cleaner helped us out. She went above and beyond waiting with us for over an hour and talking to the reception on the phone for us. We would have been really stuck without her!

online check-in was the only available option for the apartment building, but the owner (also has a hotel a ways away) was unable to properly send me the link, so I had to travel across town to check-in in-person at the hotel then travel back to the apartment, which was not available until after our check-in time. very inconvenient.

Positives: The hotel is in a great central location and the amount of space you get is good value for the money.
Negatives: After you book, you find out you have to check in at a different hotel about a 10 minute walk away - not convenient. The "house rules" state you have to do the dishes, empty the dishwasher and take out the garbage - not typical for a hotel, and they don't provide tea towels or a drying rack to facilitate doing dishes. The clothes dryer did not work - we washed a load and couldn't dry it in 3 hours. The sign at the entrance said the WiFi password was in the lobby, but really it was on the side of the fridge where we didn't see it until much later. The bed was creaky. The property was showing its age in places.

Lovely apartment right in the centre for all attractions.
Spacious, high quality apartment with a kettle, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and freezer.

great location within Zaragoza. Perfect for 4 people or a couple more if using the sofa-bed. Zaragoza is a city worth visiting and staying for a couple nights
