"优雅工作室" (Atelier delle Grazie)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Here’s a more detailed version that is still concise and professional: Aside from its excellent location, this hotel fell well below expectations. The room floors were extremely dirty from the moment we checked in, making the room feel poorly maintained. The customer service was equally disappointing. The front desk staff barely acknowledged us during check in, and although Expedia encourages guests to inquire about complimentary upgrades, we were told to ask again on another day. When we did, no one was available to assist us and our request was never acknowledged or followed up on. We were also told there were no available rooms despite the advertised upgrade option. Charging guests for towel changes is another policy that feels unreasonable for a hotel. Between the poor cleanliness, lack of attentive service, and disappointing policies, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others. The location is the hotel’s only redeeming quality.

The location was amazing and the room was small but really cute. But We did travel during the heat dome but the ac on the entire floor broke. They didn’t have much to offer for the inconvenience. They offered a fan but it was actually taken by someone else. They had no other rooms and didn’t even offer a discount. I was disappointed by the customer service. It was very hot!!

All good. Thank You

We booked Atelier delle Grazie as we had a comfortable stay in October 2024. Our stay this time was not as comfortable as we were given such a small room ( we had a bigger room in 2024 considering that we booked a superior room both times). The air conditioning wasn’t cool enough. We expressed our concern to Ahmed but he said the hotel was fully booked and he can’t do anything. He also said that the air conditioning is due for maintenance soon. We were disappointed in the size of the room this time. It was challenging to Move around the room and there’s not enough room for the luggages. The location is great though.

Great location. Very nice nice and helpful people

Good location if you want to be close to the action but away from the hustle and bustle.

Perfect location wish I could’ve stayed forever

This is a great place to stay! The staff is extremely helpful. They are very accommodating. They help us with ordering taxis and train tickets or anything else you might you may need. The room was very clean and cleaned daily. The BEST AC in the city. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Excellent location and great amenities super comfortable beds and cozy it’s really cute this place is a hidden gem.

Somewhat humid inside despite AC in the rooms. Super helpful staff, great location.
