Very bad, don’t stay here. Went to a different hotel

More like a hostel than a hotel room nice but shared bathroom and showers were dirty

The room is clean, but the steps arrangement is not good..they don't have lift and given 4th floor stay,it's were hard to go the steep steps. The Wc arrangement inside the room is also very different . It's within the room ,without any curtains in my room. Overall room is ok , but the steps and wc arrangement is something I am not happy with

We stayed in various hostel/hotels and this by far was the worst. We didn’t have hight expectations given how cheap the room was, and it still managed to disappoint. We arrived at the hotel about 20 minutes after the 3pm check-in and no one was at reception. There was roach spray behind the counter. We waited 40 minutes before anyone showed up. We yelled out hello, knocked on the door behind reception, inquired at the restaurant next door, and even checked upstairs with no luck. This was beyond stressful as we had tickets for the Louvre and little to no time to spare. It looks like only one person works per shift, as the receptionist finally showed up from cleaning rooms, she gave us our key and disappeared again. We went upstairs and rushed to make our Louvre reservation. This meant we had no time to relocate the receptionist and complain about the room we received. I paid for a more expensive room in order to get a private bathroom and all of the pictures showed bathrooms with doors or at the toilet separated from the rest of the room. Our room had an open floor plan with no doors or even a curtain to separate the toilet from the rest of the room. The curtains were dusty, the bed frame was rusty and cracked, the AC didn’t work, the tv had no control or buttons, and the bed sheets were linty and stained. By the time we came back it was too late to change the room and the worker said “it’s only one night, oh well.” We didn’t even want to lay on the bed.

Says it has bathroom in the room when you book but it doesn’t. Terrible. Do a screen shot of your booking if you book.

The hotel was very different from the photos shown on the website. The room and the overall condition of the property were poorly maintained and there was a bad smell. The place did not look like what was advertised online. Because of these issues, my wife and I decided to leave the property immediately and did not stay there or use the room at all. It was very stressful because we had to look for another hotel late at night in a city that was unfamiliar to us. Unfortunately, even though we did not use the accommodation, the hotel did not refund our payment. I hope the platform reviews properties more carefully and ensures that photos and descriptions truly reflect the real condition of the accommodation so that other travelers can make informed decisions.

I WAS OUT MOST OF THE TIME

Staff was perfect The hotel is a bit basic I thought the room had a bathroom when I reserved it but it was down the hall 5th floor walk up.. a bit difficult with luggage

The room has a lots of pipes and can’t sleep of the noise of the water dropping in the ceiling then the light went off and did not turned on again. There is only one shared bathroom and toilette for the whole pad. Even the sink is just a full hole if something falls you can’t get it. We ask if we can get refund because we are supposed to stay until the fourth day but unfortunately you can’t get refund as we ask from receptionist. Maybe if it’s only one night stay it would be okay.

I was booked into this hotel and new it wasn't a high stare place but was only going to be there for a couple nights. The day before we were going to check in I got alerted to some more newer reviews of the. Pictures not being accurate, that there were bugs and it was unclean. There was no way I was going to stay there as it would be a health risk. So I contacted Expedia to try and cancel and the property wouldn't reply and I was told I couldn't get a refund. I will continue to fight that because this property should be looked into by them if they have any standards.
