All was perfect except the shower area which gets the whole floor wet after showering. Should install a sliding door to prevent water from splashing into the other toilet area.

Nice and clean Hotel, good and convenient location. Transmart mall and Carrefour across the road, and the ICON mall is just a few minutes walk.

International standard. Clean up to date. Enormous breakfast (Asian). For Europeans not so much

Ordered two rooms with view but only got one room with actual view, the other got a view of a wall. Overall the hotel looks new, clean and close to a couple of brand new shopping center. The breakfast buffet was also quite good with a lot of different food to choose from. The pickup from the airport was okay but a bit pricey, should've went for online transportation instead.

Hotel is good, staff friendly, room is comfort and clean. The location is very good. In front of hotel is transmart, one of the biggest hypermart in indonesia. You can buy anything there. A lot of restaurant around this hotel. The unfortunate thing is gym only have a little bit gym equipment.

an average medium 3 star hotel in palembang. the good point about this hotel is the location in the center of business district

Friendly staffs, big room and clean enough :) not far from Palembang Icon mall and Beringin (walking distance).
