My husband and I had the most wonderful stay here. It is the most interesting and beautiful place in Phu Quoc in our opinion. Very peaceful, tropical, natural and unique. The staff, especially Mr Kyle were so friendly and generous. The place is quiet, laid back. Not a busy huge property so felt secluded and tranquil. Lovely breakfast and architecture. Wonderful pool. Easy walk to other restaurants and massage spa etc so no need to drive anywhere else. Truly recommend staying here and will do again one day!

We found the resort stunning, we had an upstairs bungalow and it was like being in a treehouse. Our family had 3 bungalows and we all had problems with the air cons and some stages of our 4 night stay. Breakfast was amazing, but found the evening restaurants lacking, especially as we are not a seafood eating family. The pool area was always clean and enjoyable to sit by Overall a nice stay

In my view this is the best resort option on Phu Quoc for all those who prefer real nature. Enjoy falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves and love a resort nestled into the natural surroundings. The great breakfast buffet , lovely pool and super competent and friendly staff added to our overall great experience. Highly recommend this resort

Definitely a different experience but wasn’t our cup of tea! Room is very poorly insulated. aC did not work well. Had to call in maintenance the very first couple of hours. Even AC kept going all day, room was barely tolerable. Wasn’t the 5 star we thought we were getting. Personally I would not recommend this hotel.

This resort is advertised as 5 star. It is 3 at best. It was clear that many of the facilities were poorly maintained and in need of upgrade. The pool in particular was had green algae on walls, steps and floor. Umbrellas were mouldy and disgusting. The signage messaging was aggressive in tone and staff confused about our booking. We definitely did not get a king bed as booked, instead two singles pushed together that was uncomfortable to sleep on. The furniture on our terrace was limited and very uncomfortable. Some cushioned lounger chairs would be better here. Avoid eating at the restaurant, it is totally overpriced and better food available outside resort. The cocktails were basic. We ordered Mai Tais which came without pineapple or passion fruit in. Rookie cocktail making. While the grounds and beach are a pleasant and peaceful environment to be within, I would not recommend currently staying here until some well overdue maintenance and customer service improvement occurs. Not a great experience for the price paid

Fantastic stay and a beautiful place. The beach is lovely and not overcrowded with just one row of umbrellas/loungers so you can enjoy the view. Lots of great little restaurants nearby that you can walk to as well. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

We fully enjoyed our few days at this hotel - the beach facing huts have all required facilities and are very clean and well maintained. The staff were attentive and keen to help. The beach and sea were lovely, and it was easy to get transport to various parts of the island to explore more widely.

The staff was so attentive. The location was amazing - we loved the beach. The infinity pool had a great view. We wish we could have stayed longer.
