慕尼黑市中心假日酒店 (Holiday Inn Munich - City Centre by IHG)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Room was clean, restaurant was good and breakfast was great with plenty of options

This modern Holiday Inn is conveniently located near the S‑Bahn station and just a short walk from Old Town. The hotel has a lively atmosphere, yet the staff remain consistently quick and efficient. The breakfast buffet is excellent and well worth it. I also enjoyed the pleasant walking paths along the nearby Isar River.

We stayed in 2 twin rooms. Pros: 1 Fantastic rooms, clean and well maintained. 2. Excellent breakfast. Such a great food spread. Loved loved loved it! 3. Excellent location 4. Great and friendly staff Overall, we had a great stay. Would have given a 5 star rating, but lowered it due to the below: 1. Messaged property twice, one at the time of booking to make our rooms adjoining as we were travelling with kids and the second time was a day prior to our travel to see if they can store our luggage as we had an early landing flight. Both occasions, no response no acknowledgement of the message was received. So, a bit dissapointed on customer service. 2. This is very minor, but will mention ... pls double chk and make sure tissue boxes in the washroom is filled. Ours was empty.

We did not have body wash in the shower upon arrival

I loved that S-Bahn was under the hotel and very convenience

Clean room great location and awesome common area with bar and restaurant. Greta for business travel.

Staff was really helpful.

A/C was decent and not noisy. Very nice bar and restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff. We have already booked another stay

Staff was rather rude and unhelpful. Manager was totally disengaged.

The location was excellent we really like the underground tunnel connecting to the train. The breakfast was very good and they made us a box breakfast for our early departure which is really helpful. The pillows were not too comfortable, but we definitely stay here again.
