The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Disappointed that they didn’t have a continental breakfast since we were flying out and didn’t have time to go out for breakfast. They had a little stand to buy small breakfast/snack items, but it was very pricey and after paying $5.50 for a small container of Chobani Yogurt, my husband couldn’t eat it because it was bad. The free shuttle to the airport was great. Balconies could have had a chair or two. Would have been nice to sit outside.

Great property, albeit somewhat dated. Clean rooms, comfortable beds..

The hotel is very good. There are many restaurants nearby.

The gym was nice, even though it was a bit stuffy inside there. The pool and hot tub looked awesome. Our room had a great balcony.

Good hotel. The rooms were a bit older. Elevator to the third floor was broken. A bit rough with a lot of luggage at 4:00 am :(

Very close to air port and free shuttle was great.

I like the pent house. There’s no amenities, I.e. stops, shower cap, etc. The reservation is for 4 and yet the hotel set set up is for 2, I ask for xtra chair, hotel refuse. It’s very expensive. Long line in checking in, won’t put other staff to accommodate the flow of customers, staff not friendly, I reserve 2 rooms and staff ask me to check in 2x cause the other room was not ready. And I have to go on long line again. I asked for adjoining room on my reservation but not given that opportunity. No safe

The rooms were very clean, staff was pleasant. Only complaint was they put us in a room that was very far away on the second floor, and when we went to leave at 3:00 in the morning the elevator was out of order. My handicapped sister and I had to trek many stairs with luggage and then go outside and down more stairs and across a courtyard and more steps to get to the lobby. Not a good way to start the day.

This property is huge and surprisingly quiet considering its location in bustling SeaTac. I have stayed here twice in the last two weeks. Both instances were due to flight issues that left me stranded in Seattle. They have rooms available when other properties are booked. I would love to plan a stay at this property because it seems like it has a lot to offer: pool, spa, restaurant, etc.
