Wonderful rooms and staff. They always remember us coming back and celebrate it. They have bags to borrow to go swimming in the river. Not that it is a bit hot during summer but the location and the convenience of the room makes up for it. They provide Dyson fans.

Friendly and accommodating

The staff was amazing. Super helpful. Room was perfect.

Nice enough room and in a great place but it was so, so noisy until midnight. I had earplugs which helped but the bar and music were very loud. They have earplugs at the coffee machine in the hallway but you wouldn’t find those until the morning - maybe they should put those in the actual room If you’re going to be up until midnight drinking then this is perfect but if you were hoping to get a good nights sleep then this isn’t for you!

Great service, good sized room, and the Christmas markets were in the street in front.

Nicely thought out room, great bed and shower, nicely furnished. Super helpful staff. Breakfast ok not fantastic. Lovely to be so close to the river.

I did not like having to go through an outdoor smoking area to access the elevator to the 3rd floor. the stairs to the 3rd floor are winding and dangerous (old hotel). other than this complaint, it is a very nice hotel in a great location.

Beautiful room, great reception staff and friendly vibe. Everything was well organised and we had discussed parking arrangements on advance.
