The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had adjoining rooms on the top floor and the rooms were lovely. The bed was comfy, albeit rather low. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!!

All staff were really friendly, location for amenities was excellent, & breakfast was very good

Room was excellent Staff and breakfast was excellent Right in the centre of Taksim, close to everything, would definitely choose to stay there again.

Air con didn’t work in our room, the hotel reacted very quickly to repair it but unfortunately still didn’t cool the room Apart from that 1 little issue the rest of the hotel and the staff were excellent throughout Great location for all amenities

Excellent location about 200m from Iskander St. The hotel is located on a courtyard which has several restaurants including a very good sea food place about 25m from front door of hotel. The hotel has a large Turkish style breakfast which is not my cup of tea but that is an individual observation. Note that the rooms do NOT have USB ports or US power sockets.

This hotel at a convinced location close to the shopping avenue. But it is in a quiet area and safe area.

Great location on quiet street close to Taxim square and easy access to the Istanbul transit system. Terrific sea food restaurant accross the street. Nice breakfast buffet and you can also order a fresh cooked omelet or eggs. Wonderful staff too.
