Great location and easy to find right off the Grand Canal! Easy walk from Ferrovia or taking the optimal Vaporetto 1 stop to Rivia De Basio! Extremely convenient location and quiet and safe even when coming home very late after dinners. We stayed with our 2 young children and the room was very spacious and private for us to enjoy the 2 nights here! Would definitely recommend Laura and team here. They also provided great suggestions for getting to airport easily after the General Strike on the day we were leaving. Quick walk to Piazelle Roma as well!

Everything was lovely - perfect location far enough from the business but close enough to get everywhere. The hosts were lovely...and we particularly like the cats :)

We stayed here for 4 nights in late April. It was the perfect location, with beautiful views of the Grand Canal, directly at a vaporetto stop, making it a convenient base for exploring. The room was spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Housekeeping refreshed our room and supplies each day. Our hosts were easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Breakfasts were delivered to our room each morning based on our preferred time. The selection of pastries, coffee/tea, juice, meats/cheeses, yogurt, fruit, etc. were plentiful and the perfect way to start our days. They provided a thorough and detailed book that included recommended restaurants, pizzerias, gelaterias, etc. which came in handy. We loved relaxing in the quiet walled garden at the back of the building in the late afternoons and my daughter was delighted to socialize with the friendly resident cats. Highly recommend staying here while visiting Venice!

Property owner was so helpful and very friendly. Location right next to dock so no need to drag luggage a long way. Right on Grande Canal. I would stay here again!

Our hostess Laura was very kind and helpful. The building is old but charming and the bathroom is modern. Location is great.

This was a perfect spot do our family of four (children ages 5 and 8.) Easily accessible from the train station and within steps of a water bus stop. The hostess is absolutely lovely and incredibly thoughtful and helpful. The room we stayed in was enormous with a huge bathroom and all of the amenities you could possibly desire. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
